CA storing a rotary engine

i still have my engine in tact. car all screwed up and dont have the money to fix. and since the seals on the rotors are fragile, whats the best way to put the engine as it sits without being started up?

Squirt a little MMO (Marvel's Mystery Oil) in through the leading plug holes, and turn it by hand. You can turn it by hand every few months or so to help keep everything loose.

If the engine is in the car and the car is sitting.make sure that 'critters' can't enter the exhaust or intake..Long storage and critters do not mix though.Mouse **** is a terrible thing to try to get rid of that smell.Interior wise ,I would think about moth *****.
You can use Fogging oil to lube the inside of the engine.(like RR88 says, to keep it loose inside)

Use fogging oil. It is designed for this purpose. Shoot some into the plug holes, rotate by hand, repeat this twice. Cover all open holes to keep stuff out.

That's if the engine doesn't run. If it does, then http://www.aaroncake.net/rx-7/storage.htm
