stalling at idle

hey everyone
86 fc 13 b when hooking up orange solenoid vacum hose cars stalls or runs rough. unplugged runs great.. replaced solenoid still same prob .. any thoughts ??? thanks james

I believe that is the fuel pressure regulator solenoid. Make sure you have all your hose routing correct.
