Spark plug condition

Just pulled the plugs to see what's going on in there, doesn't look bad but any idea why only a fraction of each plug is burned?

I'd guess spark plug position and rotor sweep.
But there is nothing wrong with those plugs

Plugs look fine. The black side is probably on the bottom when installed on the engine. Most likely it's where a little fuel settles inside the spark plug hole. Puddle of fuel doesn't burn completely, so you make carbon. Again, nothing out of the ordinary.

Plugs are the same as stock NGKs 7 and 9
