Did you check the timing correctly?

What is the condition of the plugs and wires? Did the car misfire before the engine swap? Describe the misfire.

yes the timing is correct and the plugs are new ngk the wires are the same ones that were used when the motor sounded fine ...
before the swap the motor was fine...umm it has a rough idle and when you gas it...
it just feels like its taking in too much air and not enough gas...
i changed the injectors but it still dose the same thing....

I think that this one is going to need more info about what swap you did, what Ecu you are running...what mods, has the car been tuned? ect. ect.

this is going to be kinda hard to diag over the internet

The car doesn't "idle" when you "gas it". By definition, it is no longer at idle.

How do you know it's running lean? Pull the spark plugs and examine them. White colour means too lean, tan is just about right, black is to rich.

How long did this car sit during the whole process? It is very common for injectors to fail due to sitting.

Describe how you checked the timing.

Have you checked for vacuum leaks?

That's the 3800 RPM hesitation. Check your grounds.
