TX Soon to be SA22C owner

tomorrow I will be picking up a 1980 rx7 only problem i have with it is a welded diff anyone know where i can find one?

well i got the car for 1800, it cost me 200 more than we had agreed on (had to match another offer) but over all it is in good shape

Any diff section up to 83 is a direct swap, except the later half of the 83s have a different driveshaft flange. It's better to swap shafts instead of pinion flanges if that's the case. Check the for sale section or post a WTB.

Thanks, on Saturday I will be checking how bad the welds are. It feels like the welds have already broken and the spiders are just binding

I know that feeling. I welded the open diff in my 65 Barracuda 3 times til I finally found an lsd replacement. A welded diff can be fun, for a short time. Not fun in the rain or snow though.
