Hi,
Having problems getting my car through the smog test here in iceland, think it's 3.5% co, but my car is getting 8%. I've changed the spark plugs, plug wires, o2 sensor and the fuel filter yet the co2 didn't go down, then some kind of injector cleaner was put in the gas tank but the co2 only dropped like .4.
The car doesn't have the pre cat or the cat converter since the air pump broke down and finding a place to repair or buy a new one is rather hard here.
Also to mention, the IAT sensor is showing -18°C or -0.4°F constant and there is a oil leak into the air intake so if some one might know what might cause the oil leak and what i might need to to do fix it that would be awesome
p.s. it was the mazda dealership here in iceland that did all the things above since i don't have a garage

You won't pass smog w/o a cat and probably won't pass w/o an air pump either.
