WA Small oil drips& smell of burnt rubber

Two days ago, i notice small drips of oil coming from under my oil pan while i was out in town came back, and let the car run for 5mins to for more oil to drip when i got back, oil wasn't even a little warm, and i had been driving the car for over 4 hours that day, yesterday i came out and was about to drive to work, when i notice and small puddle of oil under the pan, as i left work, there was nothing under the car that time, about 3 hours later, today small puddle again when it was parked, went for a quick bite and on the way back the smell of burnt rubber was in the year. The engine was rebuilt roughly little more than 7 months ago. No issues till today, it was driven from GA to Ca, then to WA, back to Ca and finally WA, no issues what so ever. Any info will much appreciated.

Year and model?

Use brake cleaner to clean up the area of the oil pan and all turbo oil drains (if applicable). Run the engine and check with a good light to see if you can find the leak.

Oil pan leaks are very typical.
