Snakeoil 50 has it's followers, but to give you an idea of what Slick 50 is all about, find one of those Slick 50 live product demonstrations. Look closely at the display where they drag an arm on a rotating wheel, one in Slick 50 and the other in regular oil. Then ask them to lift the arm to see what's actually touching the wheel on *both* sides. You might reconsider what's so wonderful about the stuff after that.

Avoid it like poison! Being a stupid young man, about 20 years ago I used it on my dad's '79 RX7. Smoked like a pig ever since.
In my opinion, the only thing that should ever possibly be added to the oil is Lucas heavy duty oil stabilizer. I've used that stuff for years with excellent results. And run a can of Seafoam through the gas tank every couple of months. Other than that, just drive the car and have fun.

I've used it in the past in a Pontiac V-8 but never in one of the rotaries. The relationship of the seals and how they work is too different and they didn't design the product with that environment in mind. It did seem to help the old Pontiac, though.
