Single Turbo EMS

I'm a new owner of FD and on the process of rebuilding it. The car came without intercooler, midpipe, exhaust, and the fuel relay has been modified. The car runs barely. It has stock ECU. Rats nest has been simplified by the old owner, i guess. I have fix the turbo back of the single turbo, installed intercooler and bov. So, right now its running really rough although the idle is somewhat okay. Do i need aftermarket EMS and tune the car, or try to fix each and every solenoid codes from 23 up to 71? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Do you need a standalone to tune a single turbo conversion? Absolutely. If you're unfamiliar with the options, there is a lot of information in the engine management sections.
