my shitfer is fairly sloppy so imma replace the shifter bushings. now is this what im going to ask for when i go to napa or wherever to buy them? and also while im in that general area im going to service the transmission and rear diff. but i need to know what kind of gear oil and how much of each is needed for both.

They won't have them at an auto parts store.
