TX shift up light comes on way to early

so here is the problem it seems that the previous owner set the shift up light at around 3000rpm and I cant find a way to change it? does anyone have an idea, because I cant find it in any manuals that I have looked through.

There is no way to adjust the shift up light, so no need to blame the previous owner. Mazda set the ECU to trigger the light for best fuel economy.

awsome well good to know that isnt the issue then. the main problem seems to be that when i give it full throttle the car bogs down at around 3500rpm but if i give it 1/2 or less it will go all the way to redline. im at a loss on this but im being told it could be the tps, mas or even the car so im about to hit it with trial and error

yeah its starting to get a little better on acceleration but i just noticed the bucking on decel actually.

Yeah look at that article that jharris posted. I had the same exact issue and after i cleaned/replaced all the grounds, mainly the ecu one, the issue went away. Also if you dont want to remove the mani then you can run a wire from the ecu through the firewall and put it on the block
