WI Several Problems

I've got a few problems with my TII FC that I need some help with:

1. I've got a constant hum, that doesn't necessarily sound mechanical. Sounds just like a sensor is going off. It's a constant hum that disappears when accelerating, but when shifting you hear it again.

2. When it idles occasionally it bounces from about 1400 to 1900 back and forth.

3. Rear windshield wiper doesn't work, just falls to the side of the car when turned on.

1. Maybe the throwout or pilot bearing? Could be the driveshaft as well.

2. Adjust the TPS and check for vacuum leaks.

3. Don't know off hand. Test the motor as per the FSM and check the switch. The switches like to fail. The motors are fairly reliable.
