I have a 91 vert and am having issues with my Seat belt indicator light flashing on and off, i noticed when this happens it will turn my high beams off simultaneously to low beams. Ive heard that it might be loose solder joints in the cpu, but im not sure. If so is it cheaper to have it re-solder or buy a new one?
