i have fd3s tt. when i bought it the man said that either the water or oil seals have gone and he started to strip it but just left it and now i have it i have plans for it but first thing first sort the engine and rear window (some lil fu***r smashed it) pleae help ? Gav

when i bought the car the engine was in pieces and the man said that either the water or oil seal has gone so how do i go about getting round this problem ? or shall i just buy another engine. i need a rear window or whole boot lid pref in black as my car is black too

You rebuild the engine. Or find a rebuilder who will do it for you.

Most oil/water seal problems can be solved by replacing all the seals in the engine.
