Scantool code troubleshooting.
Hey guys, you might have read my other thread about the issues I'm currently facing on my FD. I just got a scantool check done on the car today to see if it had any issue codes in the log. It came up with these 3:-
1) 46.Sol Vlv (VRIS2/Charge Relief)
2) 51.Fuel pump Relay - open or short - I believe this was from when the engine was flooded two weeks ago.
3) 15. HO2S/HO2S(LH) - Inactivation.
Have you guys dealt with any of these fault codes? If so, how can I deal with them? apart from number 2.
Regards

the trouble I can see is that you are referring to a "scantool" and Frankly I am not familiar with such a device for these cars.
Your post count is now sufficient that you can post a thread in the 3rd Gen Specific Section and there are more resources available for you there.
This section is a Mixed Bag of cars and guys often overlook the Section..
It is like the Dust ball under the bed..lol!

I didn't know any of the FD's came with OBD-II...
In any event. The 3rd is just the O2 sensor.
The first is the charge relief, which is used for sequential turbo operation. With it not functioning, it can cause a whole number of weird boost issues.
Get a copy of the factory service manual, and test the valve/wiring. Although, it sounds like you have a lot more issues than just this from reading your other post.

Bumping the thread so I can finally have sufficient post count to post in the 3rd gen specific forums. Sorry if it bothers someone. Still open to help though!

You may only find limited help as none of the U.S. FDs came with OBD-II. As I understand it, the OBD-II requirement for all cars '96+ (in the U.S.) was another factor that killed the 7 in the U.S. The last model sold here was the '95.
Good luck, though. Maybe one of the Aussie, NZ, Japan, etc. guys may know more details about your code errors.
