s5 vert top on an s4?

i have the usual tears in my convertible top, would an s5 top fit?

Yep. The only difference is the little rain guards on the S5 version. They're bits of vinyl that stick up near the tops of the windows to divert water. Everything else is identical. Besides, every manufacturer I've seen only makes them with the guards.
