OR S5 Vert intermittent high idle

Hello everyone. Got a mystery I hope someone can help me solve.

Here are the symptoms:
Intermittent high idle usually 1200 warm.
Usually only happens after I have come to a stop after moving.
If I get out of the car and push the throttle closed it goes back down to 750 and stays.
Next time I hit the throttle its back up to 1200.

When cold the AWS will kick to about 3k (normal), then will drop to between 1.5K and idle.
If I touch the gas it goes up to 2k and stays until it fully warms up then eventually will drop down.

At first I thought that the Throttle body was just sticking open, but I have cleaned it out and its still happening. Starting to think its the AWS but, but wasn't sure. How can I test it/adjust it with the throttle body on the car? I can hardly even see the little mechanism for AWS let alone get to it.

I have checked to make sure the Cruise Control and the Throttle cables weren't to tight, I've checked the throttle valves, and springs for debris, checked the upper butterflies (they are fully closed, stop screw isn't even touching them). I also checked the little stop that prevents the primary from slamming shut. Any thing else that can hold the primary open like this?

Is your throttle cable getting stuck somewhere?

Perhaps your TPS needs adjusting?

Throttle cable moves freely. It's a little loose if anything.
I don't have a test light for the tps, but I probed it with a DVM. I get 0.95V, fully warmed up at idle.

I measured the TPS with the throttle pushed closed and the car idling at 750. Unsure of the measurement when its at 1200.

Still having problems.
Cant figure this one out =/

I suppose I could just replace the whole TB, if anyone has a spare one, or if you have any more suggestions please let me know.

Also I forgot to mention earlier, but if the car is idling at 1200, I can let the clutch out part way and the idle will drop down to 750.
So, I was thinking this could be just the BAC, or could I just be forcing the BAC to correct what ever is wrong with the TB?
I'm so lost on what is wrong....

Maybe I will post some videos of me driving around tomorrow and see if that will give you guys some ideas.
