CA S5 TII turbine housing Crack, should I be worried?

So I stripped down my S5 turbo tonight to the CHRA to do some clean up. Also wanted to port the waste gate. I found this crack on the large WG opening. Should I be worried about this crack? I looks like it goes down a decent ways into the housing/port. My concern is the crack getting worse past the WG flapper sealing radius after I port. It looks like it's already pretty close to the end of the flapper. Do know an old school guy who's pinned cracks in cast iron for me before, had good luck with it.

I do have another S5 turbo I have yet to take apart, and possibly another S5 turbo I can take apart. Should probably try those for an exhaust housing. I do have access to use the mag & powder at a shop to check housings completely. I've already magged my exhaust manifold for cracks and it's cherry. Exh manifold and exh housing I'll be sending to Calico to get coated before it all goes back together.

Any input on the crack would be appreciated.

It looks very minor. With the amount of heat-cycling the housings and manifolds have seen, they almost all have a crack or two by now.

not alot you can do with it besides just put it out of mind. almost any used housings will have cracks in various places.

Appreciate the input. I magged this particular exhaust housing and it has more cracks in it in odd places. Went ahead and pulled the exhaust housing off my other turbo and it only has two tiny cracks in it that I can find with the mag, so I'll be porting the less cracked housing.

Thanks again.
