s5 na vs s5 t2 housings

ive done a little looking and i need a question answered. the s5 na housings and t2 are different. banzai racing has a nice picture layout of all the different housings. the na has a diffuser, the t2 doesnt. the na has a blocked water jacket, the t2 has an open water jacket. now what i would like to do is have a backup housing all set to go for when my s5 na blows so the transition would be fast. i came across a s5 t2 with bad compression and needs a rebuild. i know most people would want the t2 in their cars but im fine with the na and do not want a turbo. so could i use this housing as my back up once i rebuild it and box up the t2 stuff and sell it? all the posts i see are s4 vs s5 or s4 na to s5 t2. would this housing work or should i just find a s5 na to use. thanks.....marc

Yes, you can use the TII housings. Just plug the water jacket port and you are good to go.
