S4 FC starting and running issues.

Hey guys, I have an 87 S4 NA Rx7, and I'm having some trouble.
The Engine was rebuilt at most 10K miles ago. The car is having two troubles since. It is very hard to start, If I let it sit more than a week, It will not start again without going through 2 or 3 batteries worth of starting, and this time, it will not start at all. When it does start, it seems to run flawlessly. But The second issue I am having is that at random the car will die in mid drive. All of the accessories will still be working, but no throttle response at all. I am able to simply take it out of gear, put it back in and drop the clutch, bump starting it, or take it out of gear and turn the key, and it will start back up again.

Since I discovered the problems I have replaced the fuel pump, the fuel filter in tank and in line. I have had the injectors cleaned and rebuilt. I have replaced the spark plugs and wires and have tested for spark. I replaced the air filter, and done my best to make sure all the vacuum hoses are in the right spot. I have also replaced, for separate issues, the Crank angle sensor the TPS and the alternator.

At first I thought flooding was my issue, but I have gone through de-flooding procedures many times, with no help. and have even installed a fuel cut switch to make sure I am not flooding. I am at my wits ends with this, and any help would be greatly appreciated.

You may want to start with the basics and check the obvious.
Cranking:
1.)Do you have spark (use spark tester between L1 wires and plug)
2.)Are you getting fuel and injector pulse? Pressure should not fall below 35psi. Injector pulse can be tested using a noid light and tapped/hooked to the pins in the back of your Ecu on PRIMARYs use a pin out sheet from FSM
3.) Getting air? Fsm (Factory service manual) shows procedures to test your maf with a DVOM (ohm meter)
4.) Compression? If all checks out above check to see your not below 80psi per rotor phase. If so your omp isn't coating the housing like it should..very bad or proper rebuild wasn't done/break in. Adding a spit of Atf in both housings can help get the first few puts going.

Also check your wiring and grounds their are three major grounding points that will cause issues like this follow this

My guess is ur having a ground issue with the grounds under the upper intake manifold if above steps check out

Make sure the fuel cut switch is operating properly and not preventing the fuel from actually flowing when you want it to. Make sure the 15 amp Engine fuse is good. And jumper the fuel check connector and w/key to on prove that the pump is working.

I have done a spark test, and I have spark. And I have done a compression test, both rotors test fine. I will do the fuel and air test, thank you.
