To help you with later questions, here's a few suggestions:

1. Try out the search feature. It's quite helpful in getting instant answers or at least pointing you in the right direction. For example, a quick search for "supercharger turbo" would turn up many topics which mention both of those devices, often in comparison.

2. Check out the FAQs. While this question currently isn't addressed directly, there is some mention of superchargers in the FAQs.

3. If you do post a question, use a subject line that means something. "S/t" as this thread is titled means absolutely nothing, and the only reason I clicked on it was because I was morbidly curious as to what was actually inside.

Now, to answer the question. There really isn't a "better". However, considering there are no supercharger kits that don't suck (there is really only one kit, the Camden kit, and it does absolutely suck) for the RX-7, you will have to make your own. Then the issue is sizing a blower for the high airflow rate of the rotary as well as the wide RPM range. There are only a few on the market (names escape me right now) but just the blowers alone are in the $3000 range.

Rotary engines have very strong exhaust pulses, and respond quite well to forced induction. These two things naturally lead to turbocharging. An added benefit of the turbo is that it quiets down the exhaust rather well.

But since you didn't mention what year of RX-7 you have, that's about all the info I can give you.
