Rx7 idle problem

Sup guys just got an Rx7 not too long ago. I already know theres a ton of problems with it but its driveable and it feels pretty good as it is.

So I have been reading A LOT on this forum about all my problems but I need more definite conclusions. Here are some parameters about my situation:

I have a '92 Rx7 FD seq. turbo. Guy I bought it off said the engine was rebuilt and has 9k km driven on it. I think he said it was a series 8. Also said he removed the rats nest.

1. I know my TPS isn't working properly because I followed the instructions on the FAQ to test it and only one wire gives me reading and its stuck on 4.6v.

2. I idle at around 900-1100 ( it jumps up and down ) and i get 10-11inhg vacuum. ( this part really worries me, ive read that means im losing compression in the engine which = rebuild? ) Car also shakes

3. While driving I can only reach 6-7 psi of boost on the primary turbo. second turbo never kicks in most likely because I can't reach 8psi on the primary.

4. There's a bit of oil in the UIM, not sure if thats cause its been sitting in my garage for a while ( haven't driven it in a month )

Guy I bought it off gave me a fuel filter he bought and was going to change the current one with but never did it. Not sure if that means the fuel filter isn't working and I don't know if it ties into any of my problems.

Here's a video of the idling while cold ( had just started it maybe 20 seconds before the video ):

If there's any other info I can supply to more accurately conclude all the problems please let me know.

I agree I should fix it. But I want to go in order of severity and it seems the vacuum could be the biggest issue right now. Would the TPS have any affect on the vacuum?

Well the TPS tells the ecu where the thorttle is at and if it is bad it will not run right and wont be getting the proper fuel/air basically your ecu is guessing

K so I fixed the TPS , it wasn't put on properly by the previous owner. My idle is now at ~800 which is good but it still jumps a tiny bit.

I drove the car around today and I was getting black smoke. Can't be good right

Vacuum reading at idle is still at about 10-12 inhg

I can get to 6 psi of boost before the fuel cuts so I'm assuming I may have caused a bigger leak when I was working around the engine?

Would be nice to get some help here. Does no one post in the new member technical section? =\
