Is there anyway to crank up the headlights I had someone back into my 2nd gen and it jammed my passengerside headlight half open and half closed no my motor for it drains my battery

Ya,there is.
Pull the Retractor fuse in the engine bay fuse block,so no Power goes to them.
Then reach under the front of the car,and you should see either some Rubber Plug like thingies,OR the "serrated dials" that are the Retractor motors Manual ****.(**** is under that rubber plug covering)screwing the dial by hand will make the headlight buckets go up or down.So Pick a position(up or down!!)
they will allow you to Move the Headlight Buckets UP and keep them in an UP position until you can sort out your passenger side linkage problem.
NOTE: do not Screw with the headlights with the FUSE IN!.it can Take your hand and Squish it in between the bumper if it does DOWN!Trust me,,IT Freakin HURTS..and it doesn't Stop.!!!
