RX7 FC Coolant reservoir empty and tube going to nowhere.

Hi, im changing the coolant of my FC because it was very brown under the cap of the radiator and i saw too that my reservoir was completly empty after opened the air bleeder hole and the coolant filler port, same with the engine on so i saw a tube who's going to nowhere in the reservoir, where it's supposed to go? or it's ok like that? I can't find that on the factory manual.
And about fill the coolant, where should i put the liquid, in the coolant reservoir or thru the coolant filer port? I know, that sounds stupid but i saw a pic doing it thru the reservoir instead of the port in the factory manual.

Refill the coolant using the “fill port” on the engine. Not familiar with the FC, but usually there are level indicators on the side of the overflow tank or (like the FD) a dip-stick under the overflow cap. In either case, fill the overflow reservoir to the indicated level AFTER you’ve refilled the rest of the system. And that tube to no where is normal. Just a vent hose.

Thanks, i'll do that, i think there's no indicator in the FC but in the manual they say the level should be at the coolant filler port when the coolant is cold so i'll take that as the reference.
