Whats the expected life on the engines in these any known faults?

Im looking at swapping my Nissan for one of these in the coming weeks and im after any info on them known issues things to look out for etc.

The one im looking at has 95thou k's on the clock and is a fresh import from japan

its a 1994 Type R2

 

there is no Guarantee on the life expectancy of any car's engine,whether it be a rotary or a piston engine.
You have to take into account the way it was treated and maintained.
