dose anyone know if i can reaplace each coil pack with individual coils

Yes, it's extremely common, but not on a stock ECU...assuming you're goal is a direct fire ignition conversion. You haven't given any information, so we have no idea what your setup is and what you're trying to accomplish.

It's an NA, so assuming it's relatively stock, there is no need. A highly tuned boosted motor making 2-4x the stock power levels is a different story entirely.
