Hi, I hope I'm posting this in the right place. Anyway, I don't currently have an rx7, but I am really interested in getting one of the fc models. (2nd gen = fc, right?) But there is one thing that is bothering me. I am 6'3" and I don't know if I will fit. Anyone out there that is at or above my height and can tell me if I do fit, or give me modification ideas that will help me fit?

im 5'10" and in the seat i have 3-4 inches above my head to the roof

 

I'm 6'2" and in my FC my head will just barely brush the roof. Then again I also keep the seat more upright than most people I know, so I think you'll be fine.

If you're still worried, just look for a local FC for sale and go check it out, even if you don't necessarily want it. Just try not to waste too much of their time

 

Yeah, trying sitting in one first before deciding.

 

I have an FB (1981) and I am just shy of 6'4"...my head is almost on the roof of the car when I sit in the drivers seat...other than that, pretty comfortable ride considering how small it is

 

yeah,, the FC shouldnt be a Problem unless you were 6'9" lol...but yeah sit in 1 first..

 

buy a convertible, you will never have any problems with the top down. lol .
