rev guage intermittent? help?

Hi i have bought an FD3S and am totally in love with her. This is my first RX7 and have dreamed of owning one for ages. She has what i believe to be an earth fault.

Starts fine all guages set themselves. Sometimes the Rev guage works fine, sometimes inaccurate, and sometimes not at all. The oil pressure guage sets up at startup but when started does not work at all.

The reason i'm thinking an earth fault is that the rev guage is intrmittent when the indicators and/or other switches in the engine bay kick in.

Any ideas or wiring diagrams i can use to maybe suss out the problem?
All help very much appreciated Thanks in advance

It's listed under "Factory Service Manuals" in the F section: https://www.rx7club.com/3rd-generation-specific-1993-2002-16/94-fsms-available-download-449950/.
