I have a 90 fc with jdm turbo 2 swap. I blew up my motor so here I am with my mechanic getting ready to rebuild my motor. Heres the link to a video on youtube. All help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

 

deburr the sharp edges with a dremel and check the seal slot tolerances, file the slot if it is slightly pinched.

in short yes it is reusable if you have nothing else available.
