Replacing my 13b with a 13b turbo
If I replace the engine out of my 1990, which is not a turbo, with a s5 turbo II engine. Other than the exhaust which i plan to replace. Does the engine bolt right in? will i have to change anything else? If it cost a lot to do. Is it not worth just to go with an ls1 conversion instead?

FD engines us a rear iron motor mount which is different than the center iron motor mount on the FC engines. If you're looking for something a little more stout than a S5 turbo you could go with the 13b-re. It will bolt into a FC with a set of $250 motor mounts and has larger intake runners than the 13b-rew.

The previous link pretty much sums it up.
It's alot of work and alot of $$$, it may not seem worth it until you have it converted, escpecially in a convertible.
Should you decide to go for it, good luck!
