I'm trying to replace the passenger side exterior door handle. I'm having a hell of a time separating the interior trim from the door. I removed the mirror and the trim around the interior door handle, but it seems like I'm still missing something.

The shop manual says to use a putty knife to separate the trim from the door, but it's not prying off particularly easily and I don't want to trash it.

I haven't been able to find anything on the forums either. Any advice / guides on removing the interior trim?
