Replace horn, FD

My horn sounds awful. Too quiet, too high toned. Traffic already doesn't see my car, and when I honk at them they don't hear me either. I want to replace with something off the shelf, loud, which people can hear in traffic.
Any suggestions on what to replace with? And where exactly is the stock horn located?
