PA Renesis Internals/ S5 housings?

Hi, I was looking around the internet today at salvage RX8 blocks and remembered something a racer mentioned to me before, he said something about using Renesis Rotors and Eccentric shaft in 13B Housings. Now I know the Renesis is just an Updated 13B, but my main concern is if the tolerances for the bearings have changed through the years, after doing some cross referencing I noticed that the Automatic Renesis uses the same rotor bearing as a 13B, but the bearings for a Manual Renesis are a different part number. Any advice about required modifications to either use a Renesis shaft in S5 housings, or to use a 13B shaft with Renesis Rotors would be greatly appreciated.
