Is rearend noise commen? It has a hum to it running down the road. Im really hoping someone will say yes. I will say I had a Dodge ram that sounded the same. It got a new rearend. I pulled the rearend out at work. The differential housing was leaking and the fluid was nasty. It looked like someone had been in there before. I cleaned it up good and got all the crap out. Basically did everything except check backlash. I was running out of time to get out of the shop. It didnt seem excessive and the gears didnt appear to have much in the way of damage. Anyone dealt with this before?
