Rear housing no compression. Options?

I've just done a compression test on my 1985 12a engine and the rear housing isn't reading anything on the psi gauge. Front housing has 110psi overall compression and 35psi blips on each rotor face. What are my options if any?

Is this a vehicle you drive often? Not at all? Or just bought it?
If the engine has been sitting for some time without being rotated periodically then it's possible the seals could be stuck in the rear rotor causing loss of compression.
