I have a 88 turbo II, wondering if porsche 944 4 pot rear calipers would fit, if its been done, and how possible is it??

 

I have not heard of anyone doing the swap. Putting bigger brakes on the rear is not something the 7 needs. Braking is 70/30 front to rear and the only thing bigger brakes will do is make your peddle feel like crap and cause you to lock up the rears almost instantly.
