Hey guys i have a 1990 N/A rx7, you guys know if ill be able to pass CA smog with this setup. I currently have no cat and figured i would pick up this combo. I just dont want to end up buying this and not passing smog.

A header will fail the visual test unless the tech is willing to look the other way. I've passed with other exhaust modifications; just not ones that are really obvious from the engine bay (header).

 

okay cool, ill go for it. hopefully i get a tech that looks the other way.

 

Is your air pump hooked up? You will need that operational.

 

Yeah I have all emissions systems hooked up. It's just my cat that went bad
