Hey guys! I'm planning to purchase an FD.. I'm sure there will be some controversy but yeah. Are there any mounts for the R154 tranny out there? I've researched places but can't find any. Would I have to fabricate it if there's no such thing? Plz help!

well, if there truly is no-one out there that doesn't already make one, then yes, you would have to do it yourself, or find someone that can do it for you.

look through the board though, you may get someone that can help or someone that documented a place that helped them.

Ksracing makes one. I have it in my car now. It mounts using the existing holes from the little brace thats normally there. It works with any r154 trans mount. You can also make one very easily since its just 3 straight pecies of steel welded together

 

Thanks Cr-Rex! I'll look up the website but yeah, I found a shop that fabricates and installations so I got it covered. I'll check which is cheaper.. Thanks guys!
