Question on pulling bad motor for salvage sale

I will be pulling my motor and trans and plan to do a swap on my car. The motor has bad coolant seals. I would like to be able to sell the motor and trans for whatever they are worth in the condition they are in. The car is still currently running, just smokes a lot. What is recommended that I do or test for before I pull the motor to be able to sell the motor with the most honest description of its state. I just want to make sure when I go to sell it I can answer the buyers questions so they know what they are getting into. I don't want my reputation tarnished on the forum because someone buys this and its not what they expected. So what all should I do before the motor comes out? Thanks for the help!

it's really simple. get some compression numbers then pull it. post it for sale stating those numbers and that it still runs but recommend rebuild due to it smokes a lot whether it's oil seals or coolant seals. that's all there is to it.
