Proper way to remove the Y-pipe

I am in the middle of replacing all of my coolant lines and I figure as long as I am this far in I should do the gaskets on the Y-pipe. If I pry it up and over the studs on the turbo it seems to bind up the other end with the o-ring so it won't slide out. Thanks for any helpful hints.

Thanks to IRP for getting back to me. I didn't realize the "y-pipe" was technically two pieces. Hope to get the rear half off tomor.
