I have a 1993 fd that was sitting for a long time.
I can't get my tachometer to work, my windows wont go up and down and the blower for my heat won't work.
Does anyone have any idea what might of happened?

Make sure that the body harness fuse box in the engine bay is plugged in and that all the fuses are good.
If so, then you will simply need to start troubleshooting the circuits with a meter.
