PineappleRacing v Atkins 5/6th sleeves ?

Running into issues figuring out which 5th/6th port sleeves I want to run in my '87 FC. Pros and cons and any type of review or stories about both product is greatly appreciated.

I'd recommend the Atkins since they are entirely new port sleeves as opposed to an insert. The inserts must be installed properly or they could come loose. It has happened (due to improper installation).

What would improper installation be excatly ? Im guessing it's not a plug-n-play part.

IIRC, pineapple says to use red (or green?) loctite to help ensure the insert doesn't come loose. I've also heard of people drilling/tapping a small hole to insert a set screw.
