The window on the pass side of my FC3C goes down beautifully...Up needs my physical help to close. Is this a regulator or switch problem????

 

That depends on if it moves at all when you hit the up switch. If it's just very slow, and requires some extra push to get along, dirty contacts in the switch could be to blame.

If it doesn't move at all, and you're doing all the work pushing it, the regulator is broken. Convertibles use a cable system, and coupes use a chain system. Remove the door panel and take a look.
