I recently bought a 90 na and was going back and forth as to whether I prefer the looks with the stock spoiler or without it. The paint on my spoiler is chipped, peeling, and altogether ugly, and since it is soft rubber anyway, I'm thinking about keeping it on the car if I can clean all of the paint off of it. Does anybody have experience with removing the paint without damaging the rubber spoiler? Chemicals? Sanding? Heat?
