One spark then nothing

One spark then nothing

Stock 87 turbo 2 bought it not running. Checking for spark and ive got 12v at coil, CAS ohmes out good and turns. When i try to crank it over i get 1 spark throigh the plug then nothing. Tried jumping the fuel check connector with no change...any ideas?

The one spark is probably generated by the ignition switch.
The coils are not getting a signal.
Troubleshoot the CAS and it's signal.

THANKS Barry! I was assuming that the CAS and wiring was all good since i was consistently getting the single spark .... didnt think about getting a false spark from the ignition. I ohmed out the wiring between CAS and ECU and found a broken wire in the engine harness. Repaired the wire and now im getting spark! Now on to the faulty fuel pump, and maybe this ole beauty will live again!
