Oil And plugs

yah got an 87 TII with the s5 turbo and manifolds with a greddy bov . I replaced my spark plugs then fouled them up trying to unflood her . so i replaced them with the platinum bur7eq and bur9eq . but i was wondering what the best plugs for her would be. also what about oil , i read in my mazda workshop manual that she uses 20w50 , i was gonna go to my FBO at the airport and get some jet petrol good idea or bad?

I would just stick with the castrol 20w-50 or 10w-30 if it's real cold. Just use oem plugs. More important than the brand or weight is that you change these things regularly.

as far as the jet fuel goes, unless you're running lots of boost, pump gas is fine.

91 or 93 pump gas is fine. If you are detonating on your setup you have other issues to deal with.

Looks like you are asking about AVGAS to me. Sorry I didn't correctly understand the question.

Try writing in clear sentences using the English language. Then maybe people wouldn't have to translate the gibberish you wrote.

I think there is some slight confusion on the definition of the word "petrol". It is my understanding that "petrol" is an English word meaning "gasoline". http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/petrol.

Anyways any oil holds up just fine in our rotary engines. However, try to stay away from poor synthetics (if you want to run synthetic) in favor for higher end synthetics such as Idemitsu or Royal Purple. Both of those synthetics work quite well.

My oil of choice? Valvoline VR50 racing oil. Mainly because it holds up strong in my NA that has bad oil control rings.

i have never once heard anyone anywhere refer to oil as "petrol".

so if there is a misunderstanding, its your own fault.

back OT, why waste your money on oil designed for a jet turbine, when a 20$ bottle of Castrol 10W-30 will work just fine. are you doing primarily racing, where you're under high loads at high rpm for extended periods? if not then regular oil will work just fine.

At over $10 a quart for Jet oil, I'm gonna take a pass on that..
