Oil leak at engine rear

Oil leak at engine rear
82 Rx7 12a engine with auto trans
fixed a front dowel leak as described in another thread.
There is an oil leak at the engine rear and it doesn't appear to be trans fluid.
Haven't been able to see exactly where it is coming from. Only leaks when engine is running.
Any advice?

From: Smiths Falls.(near Ottawa!.Mapquest IT!)
could be a main bearing seal if it is in between the trans and engine.
.or a oil pedestal leak if on the driver's rear side.
But you never pinpointed on where the leak is coming from,so it's just a guess.
