New vert seals, still have puddles of water.

Like the title says, i bought all new seals for my 88 vert and still have leaks somehow. My drivers window on the rear does not fully seat against the rear seal, and didnt before I replaced them, still pools under/behind the seat. On my passenger side both my front and rear floors get wet. im trying to weld in a new floor pan behind my pass seat because the leaks blew out some dime sized pieces of the metal, which I cant fix till the leaks are. besides seals what directs water from the interior of the car?

check the hoses that go to those little pockets located on the sides of the Top itself.

There are adjustments on the latches at the windshield to tighten top. I assume that you know that though.

i cant find any hoses and ive had most of the rear area tore apart looking for them.
i fixed the passenger leak! my a pillar top seal was out of the groove, so now all i have is the worst most annoying god forsaken leak in the world where it leaks right above my head at the hinge basically.
hinges have been tighten and loosened to no obvious effect on the leaks, it just seems like they do nothing.
