I just bout a 1990 rx-7 for the first time and what to do a full tune up what are the best product for a tuneup like
oil
spark plugs
spark plugs wires
fluids
belts
air filters
ext

Oil - Regular old oil is fine. If you can afford it premium grade synthetics like mobil 1 or royal purple.

sparkplugs - NGK Stockers for trailing and leading.

Wires - NGK is good as well.

Fluids - Regular oil is fine, don't use GL-5 oil. Use GL-4 85w90 gear oil. You can use Redline MT-90 or Neo Synthetic if you like as well.

Air Filters - Stay with the stock airbox, but can go to a K&N drop in.

I agree with him. Except that he is an idiot and should have put 75w90

(fyi, oil is generally engine oil and fluids are trans and diff oil)
