All FDs (1992-2004) are twin turbo, using the 13B-REW engine. 13B is the engine type, and "REW" stands for "twin turbocharged" in Japanese. 13BTT is simply a non-correct way of saying 13B-REW. 13BPP would refer to a peripheral port engine, which came stock in no RX-7 (or any Mazda rotary).
FD3S is the short form for 3rd gen RX-7. FC3S is the short form for 2nd gen RX-7.
I suggest you check out the FAQ sticky threads at the top of this forum to get familiar with the basic terms used.
